Digital Procurement Roadmap
Context & Objective
The client had a clear focus on making digitalization a strategic priority and created a strategy roadmap. As a part of this Procurement wanted to define its own digital roadmap.
Approach & Result
PIR conducted a current state analysis covering the full procurement process in seven dimensions. Each dimension was assessed, and a future state created. From this several strategic choices was made that enabled a digital roadmap to be created for procurement for the next three years.
