Maturity Assesment of the Procurement Function

The client wanted to assess its performance, identify development areas through a gap analysis, and PIR to propose corresponding development initiatives.

A mapping of the new procurement function was conducted through 40+ interviews with key stakeholders from business and purchasing across the Nordics. The GAP analysis resulted in identification of five development areas and corresponding suggestions of development initiatives.
