Analysis of IS/IT Area From a Global Perspective

Context & Objective

The client wanted to analyze and align vendors and contracts to gain control over contracts and compliance. In addition, the client wanted contract governance for top five contracts, and a renegotiation plan for the upcoming 6 months, as well as the upcoming 3 years.

Approach & Result

PIR identified, collected, documented, and analyzed 100+ contracts. Reviewed terms, prices, specifications, and potentials. This resulted in a prioritized list of about half of the contracts that needed action. A spend analysis focused on categories and vendors was also carried out by PIR, which categorized and subcategorized vendors within the IS/IT area.
