Contract Due Diligence of Mega Vendors

The client was assessing investment opportunities in new network technology. As a part of this assessment the current contract structure with global contracts connected to national contracts in several countries for networks was assessed by PIR.

PIR reviewed current global and national contracts as well as performed a current state analysis of Ways of Working. A new contract structure was designed in order to balance global policy requirements with local business requirements enabling investments to leverage contract terms.
