The client had low attention on procurement of FM services and needed help to gain control of procurement of FM services and to identify and realize savings potentials.
Approach & Result
PIR identified the sub-categories with highest savings potential, and clearly defined strategies for the identified categories that aligns with overall business strategy. By using PIR’s well established process for category strategy management and procurement management, entailing everything from spend analysis to contract signing, the project resulted in a total of saved 34% of addressable spend saved.
