Offshoring Back Office Operations (BPO)

Context & Objective

The client wanted to offshore its back-office processes from Sweden to India. Requirements for supplier was CSR and good employee working conditions, and a clear governance structure with an agreement that covers all client objectives, and is compliant with all applicable regulations.

Approach & Result

PIR created an RFP package including agreement, pricing model, incentive models etc. The supplier market analysis laid the foundation for identified suppliers invited to participate in the tender. PIR also managed tender selection, negotiations, and evaluation leading to the final selection for suppliers for the next three-year term. The project resulted in a 69% reduction in TCO.
