The client wanted to realize savings in consultancy services following existing client framework.
Approach & Result
PIR provided a functional based tender approach to invite new and existing suppliers. Several Invitation To Tender (ITT) were delivered for the categories IT consultant services, supply of staffing services, language education services, and translation services. The project resulted in 10% savings of addressable spend.
