Context & Objective
The client wanted to reduce third-party cost and hired PIR on a success fee-based approach.
Approach & Result
A spend analysis was done, followed by a category opportunity assessment identifying the total savings potential. PIR initiated a sourcing wave program with both new sourcing initiatives as well as speed sourcing of ongoing contracts for all categories in scope. The result was savings that extended the agreed success-fee scope for the happiness of both the client and PIR.
